Mouth of Sauron

The Mouth of Sauron was a living man who spoke on behalf of Sauron. In the (extended edition) movie, he wears a helmet that covers his eyes, showing only his mouth. Everytime he speaks the evil words of Sauron the cuts and wounds around his mouth cracks open.
